On August 17, 2023, Warrior Events once again invited the Maryland Gold Star Mothers and their guests to a fabulous night of cruising, dinner, dancing, and sweet fellowship aboard the Lady Sarah. As always, Bob Saunders and his team spoiled us and treated us like we were royalty. Thank you to Paul Leiden and Katie Barnes of The Annapolis Waterfront Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and it is a wonderful place to stay, meet, and relax. We also want to thank the AMAZING Ken’s Creative Kitchen for the wonderful food. From the appetizers to the desserts, it was all scrumptious. Thank you as well to the Captain and crew for a safe, enjoyable, and fun ride on the Bay. The weather was just perfect for an evening cruise on the Bay. Along with the many ways we were loved on, Bob and the team, left us each a gift. This year, we received a white ball cap with a gold star on it, a jar with a beautiful crocheted cover with a gold star on it, as well as a beautiful gold star scarf. We are always so grateful and blessed for the outpouring of love and support we receive from the Warrior Events organization, and look forward to future events that we can support.
