Douglas Keel, Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) Annapolis “Spartan” Leader, invited Gold Star Mothers, Maryland Chapter to participate in the August 3, 2023 “Back to School” event. Ms. Grace Shike, TMF Ambassador coordinated the program and led the activities. The event was held at the Boys & Girls Club at Bywater, located in Annapolis, Maryland. Maryland Gold Star Mothers Stephanie White and Bishundat Basmattie assisted with serving lunch, helped with activities and distributed book bags filled with school supplies.
