Maryland Gold Star Mothers were invited to NewDay USA’s Annual Veterans Day event in Fulton Maryland on Nov 9, 2021. Stephanie White, who not only served in the US Army, but is also a member of the Maryland Chapter. Stephanie was very pleased to be able to attend and represent our Chapter. The speakers were Sergeant Major of The Marine Corps, Al McMichael USMC (Ret) and Chairman of NewDay USA, Rear Admiral Thomas Lynch USN ( Ret).
Rob Posner, NewDay CEO, talked about the role that NewDay plays in providing Mortgage and Financial Services to Veterans and their families as well as scholarships to Gold Star children whose parents or guardians made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
