Baltimore City Annual Veterans Day Parade Baltimore, Maryland November 8, 2025

On Saturday, November 8th, Baltimore City held its annual Veterans Day Parade. The parade included many ROTC students, marching bands and drill teams both in and out of town. The parade this year was very symbolic due to Baltimore City rededicating the War Memorial Building where the parade ended. The War Memorial was dedicated in 1925 in Honor of the 1,752 Marylanders who died in World War I. Dignitaries who participated were Congressman Kweisi Mfume & Mayor Brandon Scott. The Keynote speaker was 4-star General Larry R. Ellis. General Ellis made history by becoming the 1st African American 4-star General to graduate from an HBCU (Morgan State University). General Ellis would go on to become Commander of U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM). Salute goes to Parade Chairman, Del ” Tiger” Davis. Gold Star Moms Janice Chance and Yvonne Green walked the route while Gold Star Dad Garry Green took pictures on what turned out to be a wonderful day for a parade that honored our Veterans.
