The Maryland Gold Star Mothers were invited by Danielle Charles, President of The Gold Star Spouses of America, Aberdeen MD Chapter and Colonel Warline Bryant (Ret), Executive Director, Army Alliance, Inc. to attend The Army Alliance Luncheon which was held at on June 1, 2026 at Water’s Edge Events Center in Belcamp, MD. The Harford County Executive, Robert Cassilly provided the welcome address. Following a delicious lunch, there was a cake cutting ceremony, to acknowledge The US Army 251th birthday and The United States of America 250th birthday. The Guest Speaker was Congresswoman Sarah Elfreth. The Army Alliance has successfully advocated for over $500 million in projects and facilities that benefit the entire Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), according to The Army Alliance Annual Report. Gold Star Moms, Janice Chance, Donna Robinson, Elba Keirn, and Stephanie White were among the Gold Star Families and guests attending the event.
