On Saturday, September 12, 2026, Chuck Ritz of the Hope & Peace Foundation hosted the annual 9/11 Memorial Bike Ride in remembrance of the tragic events of 25 years ago. The event drew bikers from near and far. Scott and Lynn Mallary of Truckin 4 Troops once again generously drove the Ride Captains to the Darlington Volunteer Fire Station in Darlington, Maryland. This year’s Ride Captains were Gold Star Mothers Geraldine Pepper, Donna Robinson, Joy Goode, and Janice Chance, along with Gold Star parents Garry and Yvonne Green. The Maryland Chapter thanks Chuck Ritz for another successful ride and for continuing to honor and remember our loved ones.
