On Saturday, June 29, 2024, Wreaths Across America sponsored their 3rd Annual Golf Tournament at The Compass Pointe Golf Course, in Pasadena, Maryland. Excited golfers came out to play in the golf tournament. Larry Accord, US Army Veteran and coordinator of this event allowed The Maryland Chapter, Gold Star Mothers Paula Davis, Janice Chance and Stephanie White to assist at the event. Maryland Gold Star Mother Stephanie White gave a speech about the Maryland Chapter Gold Star Mothers and her son PFC Robert Leon White. Money was raised that will allow Wreaths Across America to purchase wreaths to lay on the graves of heroes resting in The Crownsville Veterans Cemetery. We are thankful for Wreaths Across America and their continued support of our Veterans, Gold Star Mothers and their families. The Maryland Chapter looks forward to providing support for next years Golf Tournament occurring at Waverly Woods Golf Club located in Marriottsville, Maryland on May 29, 2025.
