Grace Shike, Manager, Mid-Atlantic Region Travis Manion Foundation coordinated a Back to School Event at the Boys and Girls club locatedat The Freetown Village Boys & Girls Club located in Pasadena Maryland on August 16, 2024. MD Gold Star Mothers Stephanie White, Donna Robinson and Janice Chance volunteered to help at the event. Grace led character building games, and other activities. The Maryland Gold Star Mothers helped with serving lunches, assisted with the activities and the distribution of book bags filled with school supplies. The moms are looking forward to participating at some of the future Travis Manion upcoming scheduled events.
