Mrs. Yolanda Rayford, Executive Director Baltimore/Chesapeake Region Blue Star Families invited the Gold Star Mothers Maryland Chapter and other community partners to join her team for the Women of World War II pledge drive with Maryland Public Television.
Janice Chance and Donna Robinson represented the MD Chapter. They served alongside representatives from the Reveille Grounds, Harford Community College, Harford County Veterans Commission, and the Howard County Veterans Foundation.
Mrs. Rayford stated, “Working alongside organizations like these proves that we are stronger together.” The Maryland Chapter members are grateful to Mrs. Rayford and her advisory board for providing another opportunity to serve and bring awareness to the contributions that women ( SHEROES) made and continue to make on behalf of our country.
