The Maryland Gold Star Mothers organization purchased items which included snack foods, soups, toiletries items, coffee, cookies, trash bags and Giant gift cards that were donated to Heroes Pub in Annapolis, Maryland. Gold Star Mothers Theresa Karlson, Paula Davis, Janice Chance, Donna Robinson and Stephanie White met with Bob Saunders from Warrior Events and Lila Beall from Heroes Pub on March 29, 2026 to deliver the items. Heroes Pub, in partnership with Warrior Events will donate the items to Walter Reed Medical Center. This wonderful effort will support the injured military members and their families receiving care at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
