Ellicott City Blue Star Memorial Dedication

The Howard County Garden Club will be having a dedication of the Ellicott City Blue Star Memorial. This memorial will replace the memorial that was washed away during the floods of 2016 and 2018. The Garden Club would appreciate the presence of Gold Star Mothers and Families at this ceremony.
