Join Chuck Ritz as he and other Patriots remember the lives lost on Tuesday September 11th 2001 as we place 2,977 American flags along Putty Hill Ave and honor the 158 Marylanders who made the ultimate sacrifice on the battlefields of war since 9/11 by planting 158 American flags on a hillside.
