DESCRIPTION:Email message from Kelly: I am hoping that all of you received the below email from Mr. Farlow.  They are once again having their Annual Monument to Monument Virtual 5/k.  It will be held on April 1-3\, 2022.  I urge all of you to sign up and walk/run as the monies earned\, go to programs for the Gold Star Families.  If you plan to walk\, please note that they are limited to 500 participants\, so sign up now!  Also\, you need to reach out to Mr. Farlow to get the special code so you do not have to pay the $35.  Theresa has already signed up and made a team for us.  So\, when you sign up\, look for our Team!

SUMMARY:BWI Honor Flights for April 2-30 2022
DESCRIPTION:Let’s try to set at least one or two dates where everyone can be there to welcome our Heroes in April! Here are the dates and information about Gate Access Passes: AL Honor Flights April 2-30\, 2022 \nPlease see the attached information in order to submit your information for Gate Access Passes (GAPs) \nGate Access Passes (GAP’s): The email account to request gate access passes (GAPs) is bwigap20@gmail.com.  The deadline for requests is 36 hours prior to the first flight of the day.  Please enter GAP Request(s) in the subject line and the date(s) and Airline Hub(s) you are requesting GAP’s for in the body of the email.  Unless you are meeting the first flight of the day please let us know which flight you will be meeting.  This helps us with volunteers being available for you to pick up your gate pass and dropping off your parking ticket for validation. \nThe requested format for submitting is: \nFirst name\, Middle initial\, Last name\, date of birth\, (mm/dd/yy format) and gender.  Please submit in this format:\nJohn D. Smith\, 03/16/99\, male\nRequests with multiple names should be sorted by last name.  When you are submitting a request where several people have the same last name\, please also sort by first name.  For example: \nAmy M. Smith\, 04/21/99 \nJohn D. Smith\, 03/16/99 \nPlease check that your information is correct before submitting as those requests received that are not in the requested format will be returned with a request to reformat.  If you are military\, please note on your request so we can assign you to the correct listing.  If you do not receive a response to your request within 24 hours\, please email jjabner@verizon.net so she can respond. \nPlease park in the hourly garage and bring in your parking ticket for validation along with a government issued picture ID.  Please note at the present masks are required inside BWI airport.  Everyone\, babes in arms included\, needs a GAP.  A picture ID is not required for those under the age of 18 and children under 12 do not have to remove their shoes.  Also\, volunteers 75 and older can leave their shoes and a light jacket on.  If the shoes set off the alarm\, you will be asked to take them off and go through the screening again. \nPick up point for all GAPs will be between doors 13 and 14 on the upper level across from the information desk.  This will enable us to get parking passes validated more quickly. Pick up point for validated parking passes will be at the same location. If you do not find a yellow shirt at this location\, please check with the D Information Desk located nearby.
